I am a recent graduate from The University of Tennessee. I double majored in Marketing and Psychology, with a minor in Advertising. I spent my college career as a full time student athlete on the cheerleading team. I started school as just a psychology major concentrating in gender and sexuality because I am passionate about mental health especially in my community. I finished this half of my degree In the first two years of my time here but didn’t feel like it was time for me to graduate because I hadn’t made the cheer team yet. I also wasn’t 100% set on pursuing psychology any further so I decided to add a business degree in marketing. I wasn’t sure necessarily why I chose marketing but something about it just felt correct and sure enough it was definitely the right choice. I immediately fell in love with my courses and began interning at the VolShop with their marketing department. It took me a minute to find my groove and style but I never have a bad day at work or in class. I also wanted to pursue a concentration in brand management and digital marketing so I added a minor in Advertising and interned at Tombras. I absolutely love everything I have done so far and am excited to showcase some of that here!
